I’m totally calm about it, but the print looks kind of cheap in person. I was expecting it to look a bit nicer based on the photos, so it was a little disappointing when it arrived.

I ordered this hoodie and was a little nervous about the sizing, but it ended up fitting pretty much how I expected. I went with my usual medium, it’s not too tight or overly big. The sleeves are just slightly long on me, but it’s not a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with it.

Got the hoodie and it looks real to me. Tags look legit and everything checked out, so yeah I’m happy with it. no worries at all.

Checking out on my phone was mostly smooth. The cart updated right away and PayPal went through without any trouble. The only annoying part was waiting for the shipping options to load, they just sat there for a bit and I ended up having to refresh the page once. Not a huge deal in the end, but it was definitely a little frustrating

I was disappointed. I ordered because I thought it would be decent Ariana merch, but the shirt felt really cheap in person. Shipping also took way too long, and the updates were "not helpful" at all, so I kept having to check on it myself. As a fan, I expected better, even for something simple. I "wouldn’t buy" from here again.

Really soft fabric. Feels nice on the skin. Comfy. No complaints.

So my order showed up in the wrong size. Not even close to what I picked. I emailed them pretty much right away because, you know, mistakes happen and I figured it would be a simple fix.
They answered once. Asked me to send photos. I did that the same day. Then... nothing. I followed up a few times and kept getting this vague “we’re checking with the team” kind of reply, which started to feel like they were just stalling.
It’s been weeks now. No refund, no replacement, no actual update. The item wasn’t cheap either, so it’s not something I can just shrug off. Their customer service really gives the impression they’re hoping you’ll get tired and stop asking.

The prices felt steep for what you get. I was hoping it’d feel more worth it, but it just didn’t quite land for me, haha.

I’m really happy with this hoodie. It feels nice and thick but still super soft, and I didn’t notice any loose threads or weird stitching. Just a reaaally comfy, solid hoodie.

I’m kinda still waiting for my refund and haven’t gotten any clear update yet. Hoping this gets sorted out soon.

Really appreciated how they kept me updated the whole time. I’d get messages along the lines of, “we’re still working on it” or “we’ll let you know as soon as there’s progress,” which made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. It was nice not having to chase anyone for answers

It might be totally fine, but the tone of the whole checkout felt a little too unclear for me, so I used a different card just to be safe. For a merch store, I’d expect the payment step to feel more polished and trustworthy. Not a terrible experience, but it definitely didn’t make me excited to order again.
